How do you get your kids to eat fruits & veggies?

If your child is anything like mine it is a battle trying to get them to eat the proper amounts of fruits and vegetables. My son loves applesauce but is not a veggie fan at all! I think an important way to get your kids to eat these is to eat a balanced diet yourselves.

Here are some of my ideas
  • mixing extra veggies in with the spaghetti sauce
  • v-8 fusion or v-8 splash drinks
  • yogurt with fruit
  • smashing up bananas on a peanut butter sandwich
  • fruit and a dipping sauce!
What are some ideas you have on how to sneak some fruits and vegetables into your child's diet?
