Microwave Sterilizer Bags

I registered for a sterilizer with my 1st child and used it some but it just got too bulky and it was hard to find a place to store it between uses. I picked up a package of the Medela Quick Clean bags to use while we were traveling and I was hooked! It is so easy to use these. All you need is a microwave and water! These are easy to store and can be used multiple times. You place a check mark on the bag each time you use it (20 times per bag). I have also used the Munckin brand and find that they both are quality products. Each will kill up to 99.9% of bacteria and germs on bottles, nipples, pacifiers and breast pump accessories in under 3 minutes. I did run across one pacifier the other day that you could not put in them because it had metal in it and therefore could not go in the microwave (was one of those that closes shut when it drops). These bags can be purchased at most baby stores, Target and online.

Some great places to keep one of these bags are in your diaper bag/car or at the Grandparents house!
