Review: When Make-Ahead Meals for Busy Moms first arrived in the mail I sat down and marked all the recipes that I knew my family would like.  I marked quiet a few pages!  With everything from Bacon Tomato Mini Cups, Hawaiian Cole Slaw, Chicken Cannelloni  and Lemonade Cake Jane has recipes that everyone in your house will love!  I never would have thought I could make something like Chicken Piccata but with Jane's easy to follow directions I did, and it was yummy.  I have also made the Honey Mustard Chicken Fingers which are a great family friendly meal.  You can make a large batch and take out however many you want from the freezer and cook them.  When my Moms group said we would be having a cookie swap over the holidays I was delighted to find a Snickerdoodle recipe in the Make-Ahead Meals for Busy Moms cookbook.  I doubled the recipe and was able to freeze some of them to take to my parents for Christmas. 

This book is perfect for busy Moms (which is all of us!).  I sure wish I had learned about this cookbook before baby number 2 was born, I would have had my freezer stocked with delicious meals.  I can't wait to try out some more of the recipes and provide my family with great food that doesn't break the bank or take all day to make.
