Review: I have a very picky eater at my house so this book interested me in finding creative ways to get him to eat right and eat healthy.  The green, yellow, red light system provides parents a creative and fun way to help their children learn healthy eating habits.  The book includes breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner ideas for two weeks!  Color pictures bring the easy, healthy and delicious recipes to life.  Teaching your children about green, yellow and red light foods at home will allow them to make positive decisions away from home.  The appendix in the back of Red Light, Green Light, Eat Right gives you the colors for hundreds of common foods making it easy to choose healthy alternatives for your children.  There is even a chapter devoted to special occasions and eating out so your children can still enjoy Birthdays, Holidays and time out with their friends.  Dr. Dolgoff's system allows kids to be kids and continue to eat their favorite foods in moderation.

I can't wait for my copy to get here! My kid only eats thing that start with "c"...cookies, chicken, carrots, chips, cheese, crackers...
