Me Time, Positive Day – Peaceful Night Review & Giveaway- CLOSED

Me time, what is that?  With two little ones at home it's hard to find even just a few minutes for myself.  We are go, go, go all day long and I also find it hard to wind down in the evenings.  Me Time, Positive Day – Peaceful Night is a CD that can be used to energize you in the morning or calm you down in the evening.

This CD is authored and narrated by Suzanne Jessee.  She has a very soothing voice that does not distract from the purpose of the CD.  There is also a guide included which provides tips on how to maximize the Me Time, Positive Day – Peaceful Night CD.

As busy Moms we rarely set aside "me time" but it is so important.  We need to be rejuvenated daily so we can care for our families.  Me Time, Positive Day – Peaceful Night will do just that!  Track 1 will help you start your day off in a positive way.  You may want to turn it on before you get out of bed or listen to it while you are getting ready.  You will find yourself feeling much better after the 14 minutes with Suzanne.  After listening to this CD a few times I found that I approached my day more calm and collected.  Track 2 will help you to relax in the evenings with the peaceful sounds.  If you are able to put the CD in while trying to go to sleep, you will be drifting away before it's over!  Suzanne helps you to clear your mind some the craziness of the day so your body can relax and you can get the sleep you need.  The 3rd track is 30 minutes of peaceful, soothing music.  If you are able to play this track which the kids are taking a nap or while you are on the computer you will find it much more relaxing than watching the television or talking on the phone.

I was surprised to learn that 75-90% of visits to PCPs are due to stress-related problems, wow!
