how they can get help… all at a budget friendly price- no memberships or monthly fees.
Our Phone Coaching Sessions: As of now we offer three types of sessions on the phone; a general
mom’s call, a time management focused call and a call for moms who work from home. In these calls a client will get 30-45 min. of ideas and input from me about specific areas that they are struggling with. As with our Virtual Organizing services, I email them a set of questions before hand so I have a firm understanding of their struggles and we don’t waste valuable time going through the history or details.
Review: Since having my son two and a half years ago my time management has gone out the window. Now that I have a 7 month old as well, I have to get things in order if I ever want to accomplish anything. I was so excited to have the opportunity to review and giveaway a Time Management coaching call with Simple Organized Sanity!
Christie was so great to work with she sent me an email a few days before my coaching call to learn more about me and the areas I struggle with in regards to time management. This allows her to prepare and maximize the time during the call. I jotted down a few notes during the call however Christie sends all her clients a detailed recap of the call siting any additional sources. This is wonderful as it frees the client up to pay total attention to the call and not worry about whether or not you are getting everything written down. The call was very conversational and I was able to ask additional questions. Something she said that has stuck with me over the past few weeks is "practical not perfect solutions." This reminds me that my house doesn't have to look perfect but I can do things to help keep it in order and SOS provides tools to help every busy Mom get to where they need to be!
Some of my favorite tips:
Getting my kids to help clean up
Choosing a load of laundry for the day
Setting the timer so I don't lose track of time and spend all of nap time reading blogs!
After our coaching call, Christie provided me with a customized day planner sheet. You can check out all their planner pages and watch videos on them HERE. I have made a commitment to try out the planner pages for a month and if they continue working well I will have them printed and make a complete planner for the year! The great thing about the planner pages from SOS is they can customize them to fit your needs. I was able to make different boxes larger and add an additional line.
I have been able to put most of the tips from Christie to good use over the past few days. While I still wish there was at least 12 more hours in a day I have been able to get more accomplished and since recognizing that I spend too much time on the computer I have been able to manage that with timers and have accomplished more than I did before using this method.
