LISTERINE Oral Care Challenge

The goal of this challenge: brush, floss, and rinse with mouthwash twice a day for three weeks.

How fitting that I sit to write this post as I longingly gaze at my sons stash of Halloween candy.  I can't tell you how many times I have been told to make sure I brush, floss and rinse daily but do I do it?  Am I teaching my children proper oral hygiene?  Probably not but with these great oral care products from LISTERINE I am armed and ready.

My favorite product is the LISTERINE smart rinse because it attracts particles, showing kids what brushing may have missed. I will admit I had to give it a try and so did my husband.  The kit included a chart so my son could place a sticker every time he did one of these things.  He really enjoyed carrying the chart around with him.

The makers of LISTERINE and REACH have also teamed up with America's Toothfairy to launch "Trick or Treat for America's Toothfairy," a campaign to raise awareness of pediatric dental disease and help provide life changing care to underserved children.

Today is the perfect day to start your own Oral Care Challenge.  Create a chart for the month of November and get everyone in the family involved.  If you make it fun, chances are your kids will get excited about it.  Teaching them oral care now gives them the tools they need to make good oral care decisions in the future!
