• They roast their coffee in the old old-world tradition, only utilizing heat and hands  
• They are obsessed with quality and will throw entire roasts away if the beans are not sampled perfectly.
• One-way goglio valve bags vacuum pack the beans so consumers are guaranteed the absolute freshness.  Using this technology there is no air whatsoever entering the beans to spoil their integrity so the bags have a healthy shelf life of up to six months.

Review: Let me start off by saying I have been a fan of Sandra Boynoton's work for years.  I think I may have given a Boynoton card for every event to every friend.  I think it was the cute animals and simple artwork that drew me to this product line again and again.  Fast forward 15 years and I'm now reading my children stories with those same cute animals.  My husband is now able to join in on the fun and enjoy a cup of coffee with the same cute animals on the bag (no mugs here...yet...).  We received 4 different kinds of the coffee and I look forward to checking them all out.  For now the Wide Awake coffee has been brewed and enjoyed.  I think what makes coffee romantic is how warm and cozy you feel holding a piping hot cup and curling up on the couch still in your pajamas!
