Review: I have to admit that I haven't completely jumped on the gluten free wagon just yet. I absolutely love my cookies and cakes. My daughter doesn't have as big a sweet tooth as me or my son but it's nice to have a special treat for her every now and then. I saw individual packages of Dr. Lucy's cookies while I was out shopping a few weeks ago and they looked really good. I was excited to receive boxes of the three newest flavors; maple bliss, chocolate cookie and ginger snap.

I let my son choose which box we opened first and to my surprise he picked the maple bliss. Him and my daughter both enjoyed the cookies. Honestly it took me a little bit longer to try the cookies, I will also admit that I have never had a maple cookie. It was very good. The cookies are crunchy which I don't mind, it makes them much better for dipping in milk!
