Review: I often wonder how hard it would have been if I had known my daughter had Celiac when she was still eating baby food.  It's always nice to see companies that carry products that are good for children but also some that are gluten free.

The product line includes:

• Smoothie Fruits

I was most excited about my daughter trying the smoothie fruits.  Like I've said so many times having healthy on the go snacks for my daughter that are of course gluten-free is very important to me.  She will be attending preschool this fall and I will have to pack a snack and lunch!  The Ella's Kitchen smoothie fruits are easy for my daughter to eat on her own.  She carried the package around until she had sucked every last bit of squished fruit out of the container.  My daughter also really enjoyed the first tastes bananas bananas bananas.

Some other great features I found while browsing Ella's Kitchen website are some information on celiac disease.  I really liked what they had to say about offering gluten-free snacks to your kids friends.  Celiac is becoming more and more common as well as families choosing to eat gluten-free.  Having this snack handy provides a healthy option for everyone!  There is also a recipe section where Ella's dad posts recipes and you can upload your own as well.

With over 20 different varieties your child will have the opportunity to try many different fruits and vegetables using Ella's Kitchen.  Thankfully all the Target stores in my area sell Ella's Kitchen products so I can easily pick them up for my kids to enjoy!
