Review: Since my daughter started preschool last week I was on a time crunch to get her potty trained. Since she's 3 her little legs certainly don't hit the floor when sitting on the toilet. She also has trouble reaching the sink to wash her hands and brush her teeth. The Joovy StepTool Step Stool has been a lifesaver. For awhile I was lifting her up wash hands etc but that was getting old for both of us. Having a step stool gives her back some independence and makes her feel like a big girl.
I even grabbed the step stool at the last minute and threw it in the trunk for our beach trip. I knew there wouldn't be a stool there and with a potty training child I didn't want to hurt the progress we had made. When you flip over the stool it takes up very little room as you can fill in around it with miscellaneous items.
The steptool step stool has come in handy for my husband and I as well. We have used it to change light bulbs, kill spiders (no we didn't actually use the stool, just stood on it!), clean hard to reach areas in the house and for me to reach items on top shelves without having to climb on the counter (am I the only one who does that?).
